Meet Wendy - 
Wendy Kaplan-Lager is a Pediatric Physical Therapist with over 30+ years of experience treating infants and children. She graduated from Ithaca College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
Wendy received her certification in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) in Pediatrics in 1988. Her specialty areas are in evaluating and treating infants and children with Prematurity, Torticollis, Hypotonia, Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Coordination Disorders, Orthopedic and Neurologic Impairments and Genetic Disorders.
Wendy has worked in hospital settings, neonatal intensive care units, early intervention programs, pre-school and school-aged special education settings, homecare and private practice. As a professional who enjoys teaching, Wendy also provides workshops and in-service trainings to medical professionals, parents and teachers. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Association (NDTA).
Wendy is well-known in her field as an instructor, consultant, administrator and experienced clinician. She is married and is the mother of 4 wonderful children. Wendy is extremely passionate about her field of work and her patients remain part of her large “extended” family for years and years.
